- Vous serez en charge de la coordination et du déploiement de programme de développement de talents (mentoring, co-développement...) sur l'ensemble du territoire/ cross-entité
- Vous avez une appétence pour l'analyse des datas qui vous permettra d'identifier des tendances & d'en déduire des préconisations dans le développement des talents
- Vous assurerez la promotion de certaines formations et serez amené.e à développer des contenus de formations ou accompagner des experts à le faire (infographie, digital, vidéo)
- Vous accompagnerez des apprenants tout au long de leur parcours de formation (community management) pour renforcer leur engagement et le transfert de leurs apprentissages dans leur quotidien. Vous découvrirez les principes de l'ingénierie pédagogiques.
- Un plus apprécié : vous avez des connaissances ou une expérience en marketing pour déployer cette approche dans le domaine RH (Storytelling, segmentation des cibles, identification des besoins par analyse de data, compréhension des usages et des irritants, value proposition.

Master 1 en Ressources Humaines
Anglais, minimum B2.
Logiciels : infographie, vidéos, création de e-learning (ou envie d'être formé(e) à ces outils)
Vous êtes passionné(e) , curieux(se) , aimez travailler en équipe/en réseau, avez une approche structurée et analytique, vous aimez coordonner et avez une bonne communication interpersonnelle...
