?Rattaché au Superviseur contrôle et qualité du service acceptations & paiements, vous avez la charge de la coordination de toutes les prestations exécutées pour le compte de BMW Finance France par un de ses prestataires essentiels responsable des contrôles de 1er niveau pour toutes les demandes de financement et du support téléphonique auprès du réseau de concessionnaires pour les marques BMW, MINI et BMW Motorrad.
A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
S'assurer au quotidien du respect et de l'exécution des processus définis,
S'assurer de la qualité de l'exécution de ces processus en matérialisant les contrôles quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels,
Suivre et challenger continuellement les KPI de chacune des activités externalisées,
Piloter l'activité par la mise en place et l'analyse de reporting,
Être force de propositions pour optimiser / renforcer les processus et ainsi continuer à accroitre la satisfaction clients et la relation avec les concessionnaires,
Remonter les points de non-qualité, définir des plans d'actions et les mettre en œuvre,
S'assurer dans le contrôle que les règles du Groupe BMW et de la conformité sont respectées,
Préparer et animer les différents comités : Comité de pilotage, Comité de production, Comité qualité, Ecoutes, Etc,...
Respecter et faire respecter le budget alloué pour ces prestations,
Être point de contact dans toutes les interactions liées aux systèmes IT du Groupe BMW utilisés par notre prestataire,
Être globalement force de proposition dans l'amélioration des process, leur digitalisation et participer aux réunions, projets en relation avec le service acceptations et paiements de BMW Finance France auquel vous êtes rattaché.
Vous déplacer ponctuellement au siège de BMW Finance France à Montigny-le-Bretonneux (78)

Votre expérience dans la gestion d'une prestation externalisée, combinée à une expérience d'analyse et de décision sur des dossiers de financement et/ou votre connaissance des produits de financement sont de véritables atouts pour ce poste.
Doté(e) d'une compétence financière et une touche de sensibilité commerciale, vous possédez une bonne aisance relationnelle ainsi qu'un goût prononcé pour l'automobile.
Votre esprit d'équipe, votre réactivité et votre organisation rigoureuse seront également des facteurs déterminants.
