    Europcar Mobility Group is a major player in mobility markets.

    Customers' satisfaction is at the heart of the Group's ambition and that of its employees.

    It also fuels the ongoing development of new offerings in the Group's three service lines - Professional, Leisure and Proximity - which respond to the specific needs and use cases of both businesses and individuals.

    The Group's major brands are:
    Europcar - he European leader of car rental and light commercial vehicle rental,
    Goldcar - the low-cost car rental Leader in Europe,
    Ubeeqo – one of the European leaders of round-trip car-sharing (BtoB, BtoC).

    Its mobility solutions worldwide through an extensive network in over 140 countries (including wholly owned subsidiaries – 18 in Europe, 1 in the USA, 2 in Australia and New Zealand – completed by franchises and partners).

    Legal support for Sales Team of Europcar International, Europcar Franceand Ubeeqo FranceInternational partnerships (airlines companies, ..)

    • Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and and other
    legal/contractual document for BtoB clients (Key accounts, SME) and
    Media Partnership and Marketing Agreements

    • Support legal negotiations on RFP
    • Manage commercial litigations / requests
    • Ensure a legal monitoring for the business
    o Understand the strategic objectives and provide pro-active,
    risk-based and focused legal advice to the commercial /
    operational departments at HQ and France levels,
    o Train operational and commercial departments on legal
    framework and specific risks to activities
    o Collaborate with the local legal lawyers on international
    projects
    Qualifications
    3-4 years in a law firm and/or an international company
    Master II of Private law (commercial law / economic law)
    Additional Information

    • Willingness to develop internal client relationships
    • Willingness to contribute to the development of the Legal
    department's processes and Policies for the Group
    Team spirit, rigorous, organized, proactive, good writing skills, interested
    in the e-commerce economy and new mobility
