    :

    L'ISCOD, spécialiste de la formation en Digital Learning, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, marque parisienne de prêt-à-porter haut de gamme, un assistant E-commerce en contrat d'apprentissage, pour préparer l'une de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par l'Etat de niveau 5 à niveau 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor ou Bac+5).

    Missions :

    Au sein du département E-Commerce, vousaccompagnerez la ou le Responsable dans la gestion et le développementde l'activité digitale. Plus précisément vosmissions seront :

    MANAGEMENT E-STORE:

    • Gestion et suivi des commandes clients (BtoC) et des boutiques partenaires(BtoB)
    • Gestion du SAV : conseils, retours, réclamations (français, anglais)
    • E-merchandising : création et suivi du catalogue produits, des lancements decollection, gestion des stocks

    DÉVELOPPEMENT E-STORE:

    • Fidélisation de la clientèle : reporting avis clients
    • Optimisation des ventes en ligne (cross-selling)
    • SEO : optimisation sémantique de texte (rédaction de contenu : fiches produits,pages en interne)
    • Réseaux sociaux : gestion du SAV, des catalogues et SMO
    • Veille concurrentielle et benchmark (UX, produits, e-merchandising...)

    OMNICANALITÉ:

    • Contrôle des commandes, réassorts et équipements boutiques
    • Lien privilégié avec les transporteurs et l'entrepôt
    • Être acteur de la transversalité au sein des équipes #vente (boutiques/ online)

    Profil :

    Passionné(e) de mode et par le contact clients , vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience polyvalente et à réelle dimension internationale.Vous êtes la/le candidat(e) idéale si vous faites preuve de:

    • Goût pour le terrain et le challenge
    • Anglais courant fortement apprécié et la maitrise d'autres langues étrangères est un réel atout
    • Dynamisme, polyvalence, proactivité et force de proposition
    • Un excellent relationnel et sens de la communication
    • La maitrise du Pack office,Canva
    • Maîtrise Suite Meta Business, Adobe, Google Analytics appréciée
