    Vos missions

    Le Département Développement Clientèle Privée et Partenariats s'intègre dans l'activité commerciale de la Banque Privée, Gestion de Fortune et de la Clientèle Privée Internationale.

    Le chargé d'affaires est le premier contact des prospects (expatriés, internationaux, hauts fonctionnaires, résidents patrimoniaux, gestion de fortune) souhaitant mieux connaitre les services de notre établissement.

    BtoC : Suivre une typologie de prospects :

  • traiter principalement par téléphone les demandes émises par des prospects
  • recueillir les informations principales sur le profil et leurs attentes
  • juger du potentiel du prospect et de notre capacité à répondre à ses besoins
  • confier à des conseillers patrimoniaux la relation commerciale pour transformer le prospect en nouveau client
  • suivre les réalisations commerciales avec les conseillers
