    Description

    LACELIER est un groupe international de l'univers de la lingerie avec des marques fortes (Lou, Bestform, Variance, Cherry Beach). Reconnu pour son savoir-faire en corseterie et balnéaire, le groupe distribue ses marques sur le digital, en réseaux multimarques, grands magasins et grande distribution.

    Vos missions


    Rattaché(e) au pôle Digital, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

    • Coordination et création du plan d'animation digital :
    1. Lancements de produits : rédaction et cadrage des newsletters, mise à jour des contenus e-shops, analyse des indicateurs de performances.
    2. Opérations promotionnelles : Mise en place sur les différents canaux de vente, paramétrage des back office, recette fonctionnelle et analyse.
    • E-merchandising : mise à jour des contenus e-shops, merchandising, création de briefs de landing pages, actualisation des catégories, rédaction des contenus SEO.
    • Gestion opérationnelle de la relation client : coordination du prestataire externe, coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes en interne, aide dans la résolution des réclamations consommateurs, gestion des retours, des avis clients, suivi des indicateurs de performances et amélioration continue des informations produits en fonction des retours clients.
    • Mise en ligne et enrichissement du catalogue e-commerce sur les différents canaux digitaux (e-shops, marketplaces, clients digitaux)
    • Marketplaces : Mise en place des promotions, en charge qualitative et quantitative de la mise en place et l'actualisation du catalogue sur les différentes marketplaces, veille concurrentielle, reporting et analyse.
    • Participation aux projets digitaux (améliorations fonctionnelles et techniques des e-shops, ouverture de marketplaces, amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur.
    • Réaliser une veille concurrentielle sur les nouveaux outils, services et tendances en e-commerce.

    Vos compétences

    • Issu(e) d'une formation en commerce.
    • Vous êtes force de proposition sur l'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur.
    • Vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planification vous permettant de travailler sur plusieurs projets à la fois.
    • Vous avez une qualité d'expression orale et écrite irréprochable. De surcroît, vous avez un excellent relationnel et appréciez tout particulièrement de travailler en équipe.
    • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel.
    • Une première expérience digitale est recherchée.
    • Alternance de 4 jours par semaine ou 3 semaines par mois en entreprise.
