- Aider à la collecte et à l'examen des données de paie reçues du terrain afin d'assurer l'intégrité et la conformité à la politique de l'entreprise.
- Activités de saisie des données de paie
- Préparer les paiements pour les salariés en fin de contrat.
- Fournir des informations salariales exactes à nos fournisseurs de paie externes.
- Préparer des virements et des paiements exacts et opportuns liés aux salaires, y compris le paiement des saisies-arrêts et autres retenues salariales exigées par des tiers.
- Aider à répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux demandes des employés et des partenaires concernant les questions de paie à un niveau de service élevé.
- Produire des rapports et fournir des informations sur le personnel à des fins de contrôle en général afin de faciliter la réception correcte des données sur le terrain.
- Tâches d'administration Qualifications
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Excellente connaissance pratique de Microsoft Excel et Word
- Anglais courant, parlé et écrit.
- L'expérience du logiciel PeopleSoft est un plus.
- Capacité à travailler dans le respect des délais et avec des organisations externes.
- Proactif et bien organisé.
