    Depuis son lancement par le Groupe LVMH en 2017, 24S réenchante l'expérience du shopping en ligne en associant l'innovation digitale et les codes du luxe. Nos clients ont accès aux produits iconiques des plus belles Maisons de Luxe, aux collections des Marques contemporaines les plus en vue et aux créations de jeunes Talents internationaux.
    Pureplayer référent Mode & Luxe, 24S offre son site et son app en six langues (anglais, français, allemand, coréen, chinois et japonais) et livre ses clients dans une centaine de pays.

    Nous sommes aujourd'hui plus de 200 à évoluer dans un univers dynamique avec un fort esprit Start'Up. De nombreux projets sont à prévoir dans les mois qui viennent. Le Customer Care au sein de la Maison 24S

    Au sein du département des Opérations, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Customer Care composée d'une dizaine de personnes. Rattaché(e) à la Responsable du service Customer Care votre mission sera d'assurer la meilleure expérience à nos clients en français et anglais (l'allemand est un plus) afin de les accompagner tout au long de leur processus d'achat.

    Assister les clients dans leur parcours d'achat en ligne tout en représentant la Maison 24S et maintenir un taux de satisfaction élevé ;
    De formation supérieure, vous avez une forte sensibilité pour l'univers du e-commerce ;
    Vous justifiez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire, au sein d'un service client idéalement dans le domaine de la mode ;
    Langues

    Français (langue maternelle ou courant)
    Anglais (langue maternelle ou courant)
    Allemand (bonus, fortement apprécié)

    Ce poste est à pourvoir dès août 2024, contrat d'alternance priorisé.
    Rythme : 4j entreprise / 1j école ou bien 3 semaines entreprise / 1 semaine école.
