- Vous serez en charge une partie des activités de gestion de la paie (entrées, sorties, absences...) et l'administration du personnel en lien avec les gestionnaires de paie et en partenariat avec les équipes localisées en Pologne.
- Vous effectuerez des opérations de contrôle des paies et des charges patronales.
- Votre esprit d'équipe vous permet de gérer ponctuellement les interfaces opérationnelles avec les équipes localisées en Pologne.
- Vous assurerez un rôle de « référent interne » sur certains sous-processus et vous participerez activement à leur amélioration continue.

En tant que futur gestionnaire de paie, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Les qualités nécessaires pour pouvoir les relever
Vous avez une formation BAC +2/+3 en RH/paie ou en comptabilité option gestion du personnel. Vous vous destinez à intégrer une licence professionnelle/master 1 paie et gestion des ressources humaines.
Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences et apprendre les problématiques de gestion de paie dans un environnement stimulant.
Vous avez de grandes qualités d'autonomie, d'écoute, un bon relationnel, l'esprit d'équipe et l'envie d'apprendre.
La Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) et de l'anglais sont un plus.
