- Vous assurez un support dans l'analyse, le transfert et la validation des données RH, de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux dans le cadre des enquêtes menées par WTW auprès d'une multitude d'enquêtes de rémunération sectorielle en France et à l'international,
- Vous intervenez en support d'autres consultants dans la consolidation des bases de données et des benchmarks de rémunération dans le cadre de nos enquêtes,

Le rôle
En tant que Consultant au sein de notre Practice « Rewards Data Intelligence », votre serez amené à manager plusieurs projets liés aux enquêtes de rémunération avec des missions comprenant le lancement du cycle des enquêtes, la prospection de nouveaux participants aux enquêtes, l'accompagnement de nos clients (grands groupes français et filiales françaises de groupes internationaux) dans leur participation à nos enquêtes de rémunération, la formation de nos clients à notre méthodologie, la collecte, l'analyse et la validation des données et l'analyse et la restitution des résultats des enquêtes de rémunération.
Le Consultant, Rewards Survey & Intelligence intervient également en support des consultants seniors travaillant sur des projets de conseil en gestion des emplois et des rémunérations (compétitivité, équité, audit et design de politiques de rémunération, pricing, classification et architecture des emplois, ...).
Au contact d'autres consultants et de vos clients, vous développez votre expertise sur votre périmètre et serez amené à devenir l'un des référents en particulier pour vos collègues et vos clients.
Vos principales missions comprendraient la participation au pilotage d'une ou plusieurs enquêtes de rémunération et d'un portefeuille clients de WTW en suivant de A à Z le processus de participation aux enquêtes (analyse de l'organisation, des fonctions et des données de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux) pour un portefeuille de clients, en étant responsable de la qualité de la relation avec le client :
