To help continue our growth and further broaden our Portfolio we are actively looking for experienced Senior Proposals Managers to be based at our offices throughout the Uk.
Providing technical and commercial leadership to proposals teams across a variety of levels and sectors. You utilise your experience and expertise to lead the delivery of successful complex proposals, creating innovative solutions at a company-wide leve, taking a leading role in client services and in influencing customer decision making.
Remit of this role will include
1. Execution: Deliver detailed proposals in response to customer enquiries, co-ordinating and collaborating with all stakeholders – functions, disciplines, partners and the wider supply chain to ensure a winning and deliverable solution is developed and presented.
2. Governance: Ensure Compliance with national laws/regulations and adhere to company-wide & functional Business Operating Procedures, acting in line with standardised working practices to deliver proposals that comply with safety, quality, schedule, cost and sound commercial standards.
3. Innovation: Drive innovative technology solutions and contribute to company-wide best practice in order to identify continuous improvement opportunities and establish best in class work practices.
4. Communication: Utilise an extensive internal and external relationship network of key stakeholders and in-house technical authorities, to expedite differentiating solutions influencing customer decision making.
5. People Development: Provide functional leadership supporting your teams personal development skills, knowledge, experience, training and industry accreditation to facilitate and foster the next generation of talent.
