- Proposer et mettre en œuvre une vision tech à moyen / long terme
- Mise en œuvre de projets afin de répondre aux problématiques de l'entreprise (pour aujourd'hui et demain)
- Mise en place d'une architecture robuste capable de tenir dans le temps
- Gestion du budget d'équipe & des subventions (CIR/CII) avec nos partenaires
- Gestion de la roadmap à l'intersection tech / business
- Recrutement de l'équipe & gestion des prestataires
- Gestion RH de l'équipe technique (coaching, encadrement, congés). Aujourd'hui, 4 développeurs
- Assurer la bonne coordination de l'équipe tech au quotidien (sprints, deadlines)
- Backend : Typescript / Python / Django / Celery
- Infra : Docker swarm / Redis / AWS S3 / Ubuntu / Prometheus / Ansible / Cloud-init / MQTT / Jenkins

Descriptif du poste
Rattaché à nos CEOs, tu vas porter la "vision tech" en cohérence avec la stratégie globale à court et long terme. Tu représenteras ainsi la dimension technologique en interne et en externe ; sera garant de la roadmap ainsi que de son exécution.
