    Job Description

    Within Global Markets, you join the 7-person Business Support team. Our team is divided into 3 divisions: front office documentation, front office fixed income and front office regulatory. Our role is to facilitate the commercial activity of fixed income and equity derivatives sales, transforming the demands of internal and external customers into global and operational solutions.

    As an EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) referent, you join the front office documentation division. This team plays a central role in securing structured EMTN issuance processes and ensures the quality of legal documentation (equity derivatives, fixed income and credit scopes).

    On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Manage, supervise and secure the production of legal documentation around EMTN. As such, you develop new processes with IT teams and publishers, further automating documentation on new payoffs in close coordination with legal, compliance and structuring teams;
  • Check within the documentation division the consistency between the final legal information (Final Terms) and the commercial brochure (Key Information Document - KID) ;
  • Support regulatory changes around KIDS provided in Pre Trade as part of the PRIIPS regulation. The project also involves all the transversal teams: compliance, legal, structuring and IT;
  • Become the Product Owner of the Tradevision tool, used by the Sales for the entry of EMTN (tool connected to documentation editors, document base, audit trail and workflow tool);
  • Have an active role on our cross-functional projects, on business development projects (geographical diversification in Europe, etc.) and on internal projects: Redesign of the EMTN (Trading Book) booking which will require the redesign of the entire IT architecture.

    Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

    You have at least 10 years of experience in front office (financial markets), compliance or back-middle office functions dedicated to the distribution activity.

    You are familiar with:

    • Excel with an appetite for code and IT architectures (knowledge of Modelity documentation editors would be a plus);

    • Financial products (interest rate, foreign exchange, commodities or equity derivatives);

    • Banking regulations.

    You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

    • Recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills;

    • Comfortable communicating orally and in writing;

    • Results oriented and able to meet deadlines.

    You master English with a C1 level.
