    Quelles sont les missions ?

    Rattaché à la COO et en tant que Consultant E-Commerce Confirmé, vous rejoignez une équipe de 6 Consultants passionnés. Vous accompagnez vos clients dans la définition de leur stratégie e-commerce et la formulation des recommandations.

    Vos principales missions :

    * Vous identifiez les forces et axes d'amélioration d'une marque sur le canal e-retail en analysant de nombreux KPIs (ventes, part de marché...) et sa présence sur les sites de e-retail (analyses de mots-clés, fiches produits...) ;
    * Vous imaginez et recommandez le parcours consommateur idéal sur les sites de e-retail afin d'améliorer l'expérience client ;
    * Vous analysez et réfléchissez au positionnement d'un produit ou d'une catégorie sur le canal digital en comparaison avec le canal physique ;
    * Vous analysez la conformité des produits sur les différentes enseignes et travaillez l'optimisation (ex : Masterdata) ;
    * Vous suivez les performances de nos clients et le retour sur investissement des actions prescrites via la construction et l'analyse de scorecards périodiques ;
    * Vous managez un Consultant et/ou alternant.

    Quel est le profil idéal ?

    De formation Bac +5 minimum de type école de commerce/université ou école d'Ingénieur, de préférence avec une spécialité en conseil ou grande consommation, vous justifiez d'au moins une expérience en grande distribution en tant que E-Category Manager/Kam E-Commerce.

    Vous êtes passionné par les problématiques liées aux mutations des modes de consommation. Agile, vous souhaitez rejoindre une aventure entrepreneuriale et évoluer dans un univers en mouvement constant. Vous possédez un bon relationnel et êtes à l'aise à l'oral. Organisé et autonome, vous êtes aussi rigoureux et polyvalent.

    Vous maîtrisez les outils suivants : Pack Office et vous parlez couramment anglais (écrit et oral).
