    Tourné vers l'innovation et avec un ADN marqué par le calcul scientifique, la data et le digital, notre client développe de nombreux produits et services innovants à destination de ses différents partenaires.

    L'équipe que vous rejoindrez

    L'équipe infrastructures & production est aujourd'hui composée d'une dizaine d'internes et une dizaine de prestataires, organisée en différents pôles :

    • Réseau
    • Helpdesk
    • Sécurité & devOps
    • Système
    • Exploitation / DBA

    Au sein de l'équipe réseau, que vous serez amené à manager, il y a actuellement deux ingénieurs réseau et un prestataire à temps partiel. Il y a également cinq autres prestataires qui interviennent de manière plus ponctuelle.

    Le contexte du recrutement

    L'entreprise, qui est actuellement en phase d'autonomisation de ses deux entités métiers, travaille sur la séparation complète de leurs systèmes d'informations. Cette séparation implique la création de deux architectures distinctes, combinant des infrastructures cloud publiques et on premises. A la suite d'une cyberattaque récente, l'entreprise a initié un projet de refonte de son infrastructure IT, en se tournant vers des technologies plus modernes et sécurisées, et en établissant un nouveau datacenter. Dans le cadre de ce projet, elle vise à renforcer son infrastructure IT et recherche activement des recrutements dans ce domaine

    Vos responsabilités

    • Concevez et mettez en œuvre des réseaux : Vous êtes chargé de concevoir et de déployer des réseaux (LAN, WAN, intranet, internet), en veillant à leur efficacité, leur sécurité et leur évolutivité.
    • Gérez la sécurité du réseau : Vous devez vous assurer que les réseaux sont sécurisés contre les menaces internes et externes. Cela implique la mise en place de pare-feu, de systèmes de prévention des intrusions et de protocoles de cryptage.
    • Surveillez et maintenez le réseau : Vous surveillez régulièrement le réseau pour vous assurer qu'il fonctionne correctement, effectuez des mises à jour et des améliorations, et résolvez les problèmes techniques.
    • Gérez votre équipe : En tant que responsable, vous gérez une équipe d'ingénieurs et experts réseaux, en supervisant leur travail, en les formant et en vous assurant que l'équipe répond aux objectifs de l'entreprise tant sur le plan qualitatif que sur le plan des délais.
    • Planifiez la capacité et la reprise après sinistre : Vous prévoyez la croissance future des besoins en réseau et mettez en place des stratégies pour la reprise après des incidents majeurs, garantissant ainsi la continuité des activités.
    • Gérez le budget : Vous gérez le budget alloué à l'infrastructure réseau, en vous assurant que les ressources sont utilisées de manière optimale et efficace.
    • Collaborez avec d'autres départements : Vous travaillez souvent en étroite collaboration avec d'autres équipes comme les équipes systèmes, sécurité & Devops et développement pour aligner les objectifs de l'infrastructure réseaux avec ceux de l'entreprise.
    • Restez informé des dernières tendances : Vous devez rester informé des dernières tendances et technologies dans le domaine des réseaux pour proposer des améliorations et des innovations.

    Rémunération (donnée à titre indicatif et sujette à discussion)

    entre 70 et 77 k€ fixe + variable 10% + intéressement et participation
