    • Mission et activités

    Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Fonctions Support, vous êtes l'incarnation de la fonction IT dans l'organisation en étant responsable de ce département de 19 personnes (dont 12 externes), vous vous appuyez sur 3 managers de pôle.

    Le SI de CertiNergy & Solutions retranscrit notre positionnement particulier sur le marché, au croisement de 4 activités : la génération de CEE, la gestion de risque CEE, l'exécution de travaux et l'industrie 4.0.

    Votre enjeu sera donc de maîtriser ces chaînes opérationnelles afin 1) d'assurer une exécution efficaces des requêtes du Métier et surtout 2) d'anticiper les évolutions majeures et nécessaires du SI.

    Dans ce contexte, vos missions portent sur les aspects suivants :

  • Penser, définir la stratégie IT et piloter sa mise en œuvre
  • Être l'architecte du SI
  • Management du département IT
  • Avoir une vision des standards techniques actuels et être en veille des évolutions techniques à venir
  • Comprendre le métier et anticiper les évolutions fonctionnelles
  • Décliner en local la politique sécurité IT du Groupe ENGIE
  • Définir des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs pour la Direction et le Groupe ENGIE
  • Piloter le budget IT
  • Piloter en direct certains projets IT phares
  • Les autres enjeux techniques sont : chaîne de traitement Front-to-Compta, AWS, Industrie 4.0.

    • Profil recherché

  • De formation Bac+4/5 en Informatique, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative de 10 ans minimum en IT, idéalement acquise dans un environnement de services et multisites.
  • Vous avez touché directement ou indirectement aux différents métiers de la fonction IT (Développement, Gestion de Projet/coordination, Maîtrise d'ouvrage, Architecture/urbanisme, Infrastructure). Une expérience SalesForce sera clé.
  • Manager confirmé, vous savez motiver et inspirer les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Vous êtes connus pour votre intelligence relationnelle, vous permettant de collaborer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et d'accompagner le changement.
  • Vous avez la capacité et la volonté de penser « stratégie », tout en démontrant une réelle approche opérationnelle.
  • Bien qu'évoluant dans une structure française, vous êtes à l'aise avec l'anglais.
  • Vous avez idéalement développé un goût et un intérêt pour les sujets liés à la data et l'industrie 4.0.
