Description du poste :
Le rôle de Secrétaire & Assistant(e) Médico-Social(e) est crucial au sein de notre organisation.
Vous serez la première personne de contact pour nos patients et jouerez un rôle clé dans l'organisation et la gestion quotidienne de notre structure. Vos principales missions comprendront :
- Accueil physique et téléphonique des patients, en assurant un service courtois, professionnel et efficace.
- Gestion des rendez-vous, coordination avec les professionnels de santé et suivi des dossiers patients.
- Assistance dans la préparation et l'organisation des dossiers médicaux et sociaux.
- Contribution à l'amélioration continue de nos services par la gestion administrative et le soutien logistique.
- Participation active à la création d'un environnement accueillant et rassurant pour les patients et leurs familles.
Profil recherché :
Excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite en français.
- Aptitude à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler sous pression.
- Sens aigu de l'organisation, de la rigueur et attention particulière portée aux détails.
- Capacité à faire preuve d'empathie, de patience et de discrétion dans le traitement des informations sensibles.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et aisance dans l'utilisation des technologies de l'information.
- Inscription en cours à IF2M du groupe Avenir Santé Formation pour l'obtention du diplôme de Secrétaire & Assistant(e) Médico-Social(e).
