BUSINESS DEVELOPER Middle Enterprises H/F
Le/La Business Developer développe et fidélise un portefeuille de clients composé d'entreprises (cibles Directions des Ressources Humaines et Directions Juridiques) avec pour objectif la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et la satisfaction client.
Sa mission s'organise selon les axes suivants :
Définir avec sa hiérarchie une stratégie commerciale sur chaque typologie de comptes.
Assurer la prospection téléphonique et les rendez-vous terrain afin de présenter les offres, réaliser les démonstrations et les propositions commerciales et en négocier les termes pour obtenir la conclusion de la vente.
Assurer la présence de l'entreprise au sein de salons, congrès, associations professionnelles, groupements et clubs, réunissant des clients et/ou des prospects de son segment.
Profil recherché :
De formation supérieure en commerce, idéalement Bac+5 de type Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent, ou juriste de formation, le/la candidat(e) justifie d'une première expérience (2 à 3 ans) dans la vente de services ou produits à forte valeur ajoutée en BtoB, idéalement auprès de professions juridiques ou RH.
Le/la candidat(e) dispose de bonnes compétences en prospection (esprit chasseur) et de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles.
Il/elle est analytique, structuré(e), stratégique, s'exprime avec clarté et efficacité et a le sens du résultat. Un esprit d'équipe et une capacité à bien relayer l'information sont essentiels à la bonne réalisation de la mission.
Un niveau d'anglais opérationnel est requis pour ce poste dans le cadre de projets transversaux au sein du groupe
Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir en région parisienne et Province (2 nuitées par semaine environ)
Poste basé à Saint-Ouen à pourvoir immédiatement en CDI.
