    The Planet Group has recently been engaged by a partner to support a requirement for a hybrid Engagement Manager role in Paris.

    What can you expect:

    • Managing work streams and modules within organization and workforce transformation projects.
    • Leading culture and change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions.
    • Assisting in organization design to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Conducting workforce planning to align resources with business objectives.
    • Performing employee assessments and mapping to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
    • Designing and enhancing talent and rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

    • Lead work against high-quality standards, tight deadlines, and ambiguity to deliver impactful results for our clients.
    • Oversee and manage data collections and analyze qualitative and quantitative results against our client's strategic Organization Development, Workforce, and priorities.
    • Drive business development activities by offering new angles and ways of enhancing our footprint in the region.
    • Participate in proposals and sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
