    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing strategy aligned with the sports vision, market trends, and competitors' actions, and create seasonal marketing plans in collaboration with category teams and the Brand team.
  • Lead the development of new concepts in collaboration with CMI, Design, and Product Marketing teams, managing the concept creation process from insights to communication universe.
  • Supervise the customer experience journey by planning yearly content/activation calendars, aligning campaign objectives with the overall marketing strategy, and overseeing interface with internal/external creative agencies and internal content production.
  • Drive the strategy for influencer marketing and trail sports, managing international and local athlete teams as well as scouting programs, and leading the strategy for the Golden Trail Series in terms of visual identity, visibility, and brand integration.
  • Manage the Vertical Running Social Media Channel by developing a content strategy, defining look/tone/feel, creating yearly calendars, and analyzing results for continuous improvement.
  • Support regional and local Marketing Managers in implementing seasonal sport plans and local activation choices, monitor program performance (KPIs/ROI), and budget planning, while coaching and managing the team to ensure engagement, cooperation, and proper information flow.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Développer une stratégie marketing alignée sur la vision sportive, les tendances du marché et les actions des concurrents, et créer des plans marketing saisonniers en collaboration avec les équipes de catégorie et l'équipe de la marque.
  • Diriger le développement de nouveaux concepts en collaboration avec les équipes CMI, Design et Marketing Produit, en gérant le processus de création de concept de la collecte d'informations à l'univers de communication.
  • Superviser le parcours de l'expérience client en planifiant les calendriers de contenu/activation annuels, en alignant les objectifs de campagne avec la stratégie marketing globale, et en supervisant les interactions avec les agences créatives internes/externes et la production de contenu interne.
  • Piloter la stratégie de marketing d'influence et de sports de trail, en gérant les équipes d'athlètes internationaux et locaux ainsi que les programmes de repérage, et en dirigeant la stratégie pour la Golden Trail Series en termes d'identité visuelle, de visibilité et d'intégration de la marque.
  • Gérer le canal de médias sociaux Vertical Running en développant une stratégie de contenu, en définissant l'apparence/le ton/le ressenti, en créant des calendriers annuels, et en analysant les résultats pour une amélioration continue.
  • Soutenir les directeurs marketing régionaux et locaux dans la mise en œuvre des plans sportifs saisonniers et des choix d'activation locaux, surveiller les performances du programme (KPI/ROI) et la planification budgétaire, tout en encadrant et en manageant l'équipe pour garantir l'engagement, la coopération et un flux d'information adéquat.
    • Qualifications

    Key Expertise Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in marketing/communication.
  • Ability to manage external partners/communication agencies.
  • Strong background in sport & influence marketing, particularly in Running.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in identifying consumer tensions and needs through creative approaches.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead in complex, multicultural, and matrix environments.
  • Proactive planner with a focus on driving results and implementing new concepts.
  • Proficiency in English, another language is a plus.

    • Additional Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum years of professional experience in Marketing & Communication in the running industry.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and commitment to professional excellence.

  • Excellentes compétences en prise de parole en public et en présentation.
  • Capacité à diriger dans des environnements complexes, multiculturels et matriciels.
  • Planificateur proactif axé sur l'obtention de résultats et la mise en œuvre de concepts novateurs.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, une autre langue est un plus.

  • Minimum de ans d'expérience professionnelle en marketing et communication dans l'industrie de la course à pied.
  • Diplôme de ans avec une spécialisation en marketing.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et capacité de réflexion stratégique.
  • Intégrité, fiabilité et engagement envers l'excellence professionnelle démontrés.
