    Description
    La Fédération APAJH recherche pour son périmètre Grand Nord un ou une Responsable Ressources Humaines en CDI Vous recherchez non seulement une mission qui a du sens, mais aussi tournée vers les autres.
    Vous avez un diplôme de niveau 7 en Ressources Humaines ainsi qu'une première expérience significative en Management RH.

    une Responsable Ressources Humaines pour mettre en œuvre, au sein des structures du territoire Grand Nord, la politique Ressources Humaines définie par la Fédération APAJH.
    Pour mener à bien ses missions, il/elle manage et coordonne l'équipe RH du territoire composé de 3 collaborateurs (chargé RH, assistant RH, alternant RH) ; et coordonne en lien avec le Responsable Financier Territorial l'équipe Comptabilité pour l'élaboration de la paie

    Assister et conseiller l'encadrement au quotidien :
    Accompagner les directions des établissements sur leurs problématiques RH, ainsi que la direction territoriale pour son périmètre
    Etre garant de l'application de la réglementation sociale, en intégrant les règles et procédures des conventions collectives et des accords d'entreprise

    Assister le Directeur Territorial ou les Directeurs dans la gestion des instances représentatives du personnel (CSE / Représentants de proximité/CSSCT).

    Paie, administration du personnel et réglementation sociale :
    Piloter la réalisation des paies (environ 600 bulletins de paie par mois)
    Rédiger les contrats de travail et les avenants, les contrôler le cas échéant

    Développement RH :
    Être garant des opérations de recrutements en lien avec les chargés RH
    Participer à l'élaboration, à l'optimisation et à la gestion des plans de développement des compétences
    Coordonner la gestion des carrières de l'ensemble des salariés des établissements (Entretien
    Participation et collaboration avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines du siège fédéral sur les enjeux et sujets RH de la Fédération (SIRH, GPEC...)

    Assurer un reporting régulier de son activité au Directeur Territorial, suivre les indicateurs RH avec un reporting à la Direction Ressources Humaines.

    Selon les circonstances, le RRH pourra intervenir sur d'autres dossiers relatifs aux RH (répondre aux sollicitations des associations départementales, participer aux réponses aux appels à projet, participer aux audits internes, participer à la mise en place de la certification ISO, démarche QVCT ...)

    Nature et durée du contrat : CDI Temps plein (forfait de 202 jours et 25 jours de compensation) – 9 jours de Congés Annuels Supplémentaires – Compte Epargne Temps
    Rémunération : 47-50 K€ brut/an selon diplôme et expérience CCN 1966

    Vous disposez d'un diplôme de niveau (BAC+5) en Ressources humaines complété d'une expérience réussie de RRH d'au moins 5 ans, idéalement dans une organisation multi-sites.
    Vous avez un profil polyvalent dans tous les domaines de la gestion des RH (recrutement, formation, droit social, gestion des carrières, paie...) et possédez de solides compétences en matière de droit du travail, de relations sociales et en paie.
    Vous êtes une personne dynamique et proactive, vos capacités d'organisation et de priorisation vous permettent de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets et activités.
    Une connaissance des métiers éducatif/social/sanitaire, de la CCN66 et métallurgie dans une moindre mesure, seront fortement appréciées La Fédération APAJH, premier acteur généraliste dans le secteur du handicap, s'engage par son action militante pour une réelle société inclusive. La Fédération APAJH fédère 92 associations sur le territoire dont tous les DOM. Elle est aussi gestionnaire d'environ 200 structures en gestion directe employant 4500 salariés. Au total, l'APAJH gère 700 établissements et services, tous types de handicap, tous les âges de la vie.

    Aisne (02) : 1 pôle administratif et 1 MAS, 2 IME, 2 SESSAD, 1 ESAT, 1 EA, 1 SAVS, 1 plateforme de répit
    Somme (80) : 1 CMPP, 3 SESSAD, 1 SAPAD

    Et réalise environ 550 bulletins de paie par mois avec ceux des TH en ESAT.
