    Description

    Vos missions :

    Manager et organiser l'équipe service clients e-commerce

    Définir la stratégie relationnelle

    Intégrer des outils innovants permettant de développer la relation client (IA, nouveaux canaux...)

    Challenger l'existant et proposer un parcours client cohérent (points de contacts entrants et sortants)

    Elaborer et piloter le budget service clients e-commerce

    Piloter le call center selon des axes qualitatifs et quantitatifs

    Piloter les KPI clés

    Analyser les motifs de contacts

    Développer les outils nécessaires pour diminuer les contacts

    Mesurer la satisfaction client à la suite d'un contact avec le service client

    Personnaliser la relation client :

    Développer l'enrichissement de la donnée client

    En exploitant les données, mettre en place des plans CRM personnalisés (emailing, SMS, appel sortants...)

    Personnaliser tous les points de contacts (tel et mail) selon statut, valeur client...

    Apporter du service qualitatif à chaque client via de l'appel sortant (relance téléphonique bon d'achat avant expiration, relance statut fidélité arrivant à échéance...)

    Votre profil :

    Vous possédez au moins 8 années d'expérience dans un service relation clients ou dans un call center

    Passionné(e) par l'univers de la mode, vous comprenez les exigences clients relatives au secteur.

    Vous avez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, le sens du service et du travail en équipe. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités managériales et êtes force de proposition et proactif.
