    Poste et missions


    Vous rejoignez le département CIO CIB & Risks au sein de Natixis et plus particulièrement l'équipe Calcul & Monitoring, en tant que Business Analyst sur l'application Amerisc. L'application Amerisc (Analyse des Métriques de Risques de Contrepartie) produit les mesures de XVA, de PFE et de EEPE pour toutes les salles de marché de la banque. Elle sert trois métiers : le trading, les risques et la direction financière.

    Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :

    • Prendre en charge le cadrage, la spécification et les tests des projets ou évolutions demandées par le métier ;
    • Participer ponctuellement au support de l'application.

    La stack technique utilisée est la suivante : JAVA et C++ sous Linux, Sybase et NoSQL (Hbase, Phoenix, Redis).

    Le poste est basé à Charenton-le-Pont et chez nous c'est 10 jours de télétravail par mois, 15 à 17 jours de RTT par an, des services sur site comme la restauration, la salle de sport ou la conciergerie d'entreprise. Nos rémunérations sont composées d'un fixe, d'un bonus annuel, d'un dispositif d'épargne entreprise incluant l'intéressement, la participation et l'abondement.

    Profil et compétences requises


    À propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous
    De formation supérieure, vous avez une première expérience sur un rôle similaire en finance de marché.

    Vous maîtrisez :
    - La gestion de projets (idéalement en gestion des risques) ;
    - L'analyse des besoins métier et l'élaboration de solutions concrètes ;
    - La communication auprès du management, ainsi que des sponsors métiers.

    Vous êtes :
    - À l'aise dans des environnements multiculturels ;
    - Curieux, organisé et rigoureux.

    Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau B1.
