- Réalisation du budget prévisionnel
- Suivi et actualisation du budget
- Produire le reporting et élaboration de tableaux de bords
- Présentation mensuelle du budget au Comité de Direction
- Soutien des Managers à l'élaboration du budget par équipe
- Élaboration de contrats de prestation
- Réalisation et actualisation des bons de commande
- Suivi et validation des factures
- Élaboration du portefeuille de projets
- Vérification de l'avancement du projet selon les exigences définies (qualité, coût, délai)
- Évaluation de la capacité actuelle et prévisionnelle des ressources et tâches
- Élaboration de la communication au sein de la direction
- Élaboration de la communication à destination d'Energy-Pool pour la direction
- Maîtrise de l'anglais: Une compétence en anglais courant est essentielle pour travailler efficacement dans notre environnement international. Parler une troisième langue européenne est un plus
- Formation académique: Tu es actuellement en cours de formation bac+4/5 en école de management, commerce, ingénieur ou université.
- Un excellent relationnel, de la rigueur, des qualités rédactionnelles sont nécessaires pour mener au mieux tes missions.
- Idéalement, Tu as une appétence pour le domaine de l'énergie et de l'IT
