    About the Role

    Dyson France is looking for a Senior e-commerce manager to cover a maternity leave (6 -8 months). The Senior E-Commerce will be at the helm of driving continuous digital customer journey improvements, critical in delivering our stretching revenue and profit targets over the coming years. S/he will be responsible for the strategic direction & new business initiatives for

    Key Accountabilities:

    Delivering the financial goals for

  • Responsible for Channel P&L & CpA
  • Deliver and exceed the growth objectives for
  • Work closely with digital analyst to report on performance, insights and optimizations
  • Supports development of KPIs, owns driving and reporting against them
  • Day2Day Operations

  • Own eCom equation & forecasting for the by acquisition channel
  • Drive trading plan execution across the teams and on the platform, ensure smooth execution, monitor and report results
  • Ask and answer business questions based on data
  • Ensure close collaboration on campaigns, paid, earned and social media strategies to deliver seamless experience across all product categories
  • Allocation of team resources
  • Owns daily trading of channel
  • Strategy

  • Responsible for the strategic channel direction, new business initiatives & full year plan as well as monthly results
  • Strengthen "why " value proposition through differentiated ecommerce strategies
  • Ensure that delivers a premium experience that strengthens the brand and delivers against transformation goals
  • Use advanced content strategies, targeting technologies and analytics to deliver personalized experiences across target audiences
  • Identify problems, challenge status quo, find solutions & make decisions for happy owners
  • Onsite & Experience

  • Responsible for building a culture of continuous learning through on-going testing, measurement and optimization on
  • Build processes, calendars to communicate merchandizing plans to various teams across the organization
  • Partner with category teams to ensure integrated plan across paid, owned and earned media
  • People

  • Personal lead of other team members
  • Be an active subject matter expert on all things digital
  • Support and mentor team members
  • Develop talents of the future
  • About You

  • 5/7 years of online marketing and/or sales experience with a major, transactional E-Commerce Web site
  • At least 3 years of experience working in digital management role with responsibilities including leading teams, managing large scale projects, and launching new products
  • Online customer experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tool such as Adobe Analytics is desired
  • Experience managing P&L for an ecommerce site
  • Ability to understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Must have excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate both internal and external resource in a cross-functional and international organization
  • A visionary who is always looking to learn the most cutting-edge methodologies in Web Marketing and in E-Commerce
