Description de la mission
Au sein de notre BU France, vous intégrerez le département Marketing Opérationnel France en tant que Chef de Produit Trade Marketing France. Directement rattachée à la Responsable Marketing Opérationnel France, vous travaillerez sur lexpansion de la visibilité et de la notoriété de la marque Uriage, tant en BtoB quen BtoC.
Vous aurez pour principales missions :
1) TRADE MARKETING
Soutien dans la mise en place d'opérations marketing par clients (GMS, groupements, grossistes)
Réalisation des outils marketing pour les pharmacies VIP (théâtralisation, opérations consommateurs)
Réalisation des supports de présentations et des planogrammes par client
Participation à la préparation des salons clients
Travail en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale France (KAM, DNV, DR, ADV)
2) MARKETING OPERATIONNEL
Participation à la construction du plan marketing France
Support au déploiement des campagnes point de vente (coverings, écrans, insertions presse, cadeaux contre achat, newsletters, )
Participation à la réalisation des outils pour la force de vente (argumentaires, aides à la vente)
Développement des PLV spécifiques France (stop-rayons, présentoirs, affichettes, )
Participation à lorganisation des séminaires nationaux et régionaux
3) KPI & ANALYSES
Reporting ventes SI/SO mensuels
Bilans des opérations trade-marketing nationales
Etudes de marché qualitatives et quantitatives
Veille concurrentielle
Profil
De formation supérieure scientifique (BAC+4/+5)vous avez une appétence particulière pour l'univers de la dermo-cosmétique.
Vous êtes particulièrement organisé(e), rigoureux(se), motivé(e). Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit danalyse, savez synthétiser des problématiques et êtes force de proposition. Votre proactivité et capacité à travailler en équipe seront des atouts certains pour réussir à ce poste.
