    Ce que nous allons accomplir ensemble :

    Nous rejoindre en tant que Service Delivery Manager (H/F), c'est accompagner un opérateur télécoms qui est leader en Europe. Vous serez le garant du suivi de leurs clients Micro-SOC sur la partie Gouvernance et serez l'interlocuteur privilégie du Responsable Sécurité du Système d'Information (RSSI) des clients et des équipes d'exploitation de vos clients.

    Vous participerez à un challenge captivant qui impactera des millions d'utilisateurs dans un environnement technique innovant et stratégique.

    Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

    Dans le cadre de ce projet, vous allez :

  • Vous pilotez la gouvernance sécurité du (des) projet(s) Client dont vous avez la responsabilité en phase d'exploitation (Run), en vous appuyant sur une équipe d'experts techniques de la sécurité (Analystes niveau 2, Experts niveau 3, Ingénierie, CERT, CSIRT, etc ...).
  • Vous construisez et partagez des rapports de sécurité avec votre client pour lui assurer la bonne tenue du service, et assurez également, en collaboration avec le Responsable Service Client, le suivi capacitaire de la solution.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition pour faire évoluer nos processus de gouvernance et de suivi des environnements clients. Vous participez à la rédaction des spécifications pour nos outils de développement interne sur la partie gouvernance.

    Au sein d'un environnement riche et complexe, vous évoluerez avec des experts passionnés à la fois techniques et fonctionnels (Ingénieurs spécialisés, chef de projet, scrum master, product owner, analystes ...).

    Vous interviendrez de A à Z sur des projets riches fonctionnellement et ambitieux techniquement : forte volumétrie, haut niveau de performance, exigence maximale en termes de sécurité, équipe multisite et encore bien d'autres sujets captivants.

    Vous ?

  • Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur ou équivalent de niveau Bac . Vous disposez d'une expertise technique reconnue dans la sécurité ainsi qu'une forte sensibilité aux enjeux techniques et business.
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé au sein d'une équipe opérationnelle et vous êtes en capacité de conjuguer vos compétences techniques avec vos compétences fonctionnelles.
  • Orienté(e) client, vous avez une aisance relationnelle et une capacité à vulgariser des problèmes techniques complexes.
  • Vous bénéficiez également d'une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise (écrit et oral)
