- Participer à la rédaction et à la communication de la politique d'externalisation encadrant la gestion des risques d'externalisation ;
- Participer aux groupes de travail sur l'externalisation au sein de Groupe La Française et CMAF ;
- Contribuer au pilotage de l'externalisation et à la définition de la mesure du risque d'externalisation ;
- Instruire et suivre des dossiers simples d'externalisation en tant que contact privilégié de l'ensemble des entités en coordination avec les différents services internes ;
- Participer au reporting sur l'externalisation, notamment en assurant le suivi du registre des prestataires ;
- Participer au recensement des prestations externalisées considérées comme critiques ou importantes.
- Participer à des travaux transverses, en interaction avec plusieurs services aux expertises variées ;
- Enrichir vos connaissances et compétences en matière de gestion de projet, de réglementation financière et de gouvernance des risques bancaires ;
- Améliorer vos connaissances sur les différents métiers et besoins d'un groupe bancaire et financier ;
- Apprendre à évoluer dans un environnement mouvant et régulé.
- Vous préparez une formation supérieure BAC+5 de type grande école ou master 1 (si alternance sur deux ans) ou 2 (si alternance sur un an), en conformité, droit, gestion de risques opérationnels, contrôle permanent avec, idéalement, une appétence ou un stage en gestion de projets au sein d'un environnement bancaire ou financier.
- En sus du diplôme préparé, vous avez envie d'apprendre et participer à la mise en œuvre d'un nouveau cadre réglementaire pour les établissements bancaires et financiers.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Vous disposez d'une très bonne capacité de rédaction et de présentation orale et écrite ;
- Vous savez prendre la parole et présentez vos travaux ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et savez travailler en autonomie ;
- Vous n'avez pas peur de partager votre point de vue et savez argumenter.
