Als Software Sales Expert (m/w/d) verkaufst Du anspruchsvolle Lösungen in der
- Prozess- und Fabrikplanung,
- Planung- und Optimierung sowie
- Produktion (Manufacturing Operations Management)
an Unternehmen in einer Vielzahl von Industrien und Bereichen.

Die Position ist unabhängig vom Standort und kann hybrid von einem unserer 3DS Standorte, München, Stuttgart, Berlin, Darmstadt, Karlsruhe, Hamburg, Hannover, Düsseldorf oder Wien ausgeführt werden. Reisebereitschaft an unsere Standorte und zu unseren Kunden in der D-A-CH Region ist hierfür Grundvoraussetzung.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

Du bist für den gesamten Vertriebszyklus verantwortlich - von der Akquise potenzieller Neukunden über die Begleitung der Bestandsaufnahme bis hin zum Geschäftsabschluss
Du verstehst das Kundengeschäft und zeigst Kunden das Potential der 3DS Lösungen auf
Federführend verantwortest Du den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der ersten Qualifizierung bis zur Verhandlung und zum Abschluss
Du leitest aktiv Kundengespräche und stehst den Kunden jederzeit aktiv zur Seite
Du entwickelst und setzt die Vertriebsstrategie mithilfe des Marketing- und Inside Sales Teams sowie unseren Consultants um
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit aktiven und potentiellen Kunden auf allen Ebenen – vom Anwender bis hin zum Vorstandsmitglied

Deine Qualifikationen:

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Enterprise Software (PLM, SCM/APS, MES/MOM Software oder vergleichbares)
Dich zeichnen Begeisterung, Entschlossenheit, Überzeugungskraft, Verhandlungsstärke und Zielorientierung aus
Du bist ein ausgezeichneter Teamplayer und "Hunter"-Persönlichkeit, die lernwillig und dynamisch ist
Eine hohe intrinsische Motivation und positive Grundeinstellung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
