Quelles sont les missions ?
Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance nous ouvrons le recrutement d'un.e Chargé(e) RH pour intégrer notre cabinet
Votre rôle :
- Organiser l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (demande de document, rédaction des contrats de travail, rdv de signature, inscription mutuelle, CSE, DPAE, campagne de préboarding, animation de la journée d'onboarding, suivi des fins de période d'essai) ;
- Être le point de contact de tous nos collaborateurs sur les sujets administratifs RH (réponses aux questions, rédaction des attestations, ...) ;
- Organiser l'offboarding des collaborateurs sortants (courriers, entretiens RH, ...) ;
- Participer à la mise en place des campagnes d'entretiens annuels et des bilans semestriels, en coordination avec la RRH ;
- Assurer le suivi des reporting RH, des indicateurs les plus pertinents et des mises à jour de documents RH ;
- Assurer une veille réglementaire et juridique ;
- Intervenir en renfort sur les projets RH transverses, en coordination avec notre Chargée de Développement RH ;
- Superviser les alternants du pôle AdminRH.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Votre profil :
- De formation RH, vous avez déjà une 1ère expérience réussie sur les sujets administratifs ;
- Votre optimisme, votre sens de l'objectif et votre exigence vous permettront de réussir à ce poste ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise en Anglais.
