Poste : Nous recherchons un CRM IT Product Manager EMEA pour rejoindre la DSI EMEA du Groupe.
En tant que CRM IT Product Manager EMEA, vous serez chargé de définir la vision du produit pour les solutions destinées aux consommateurs, de piloter les développements et de gérer la feuille de route des différents projets et solutions IT. Le périmètre comprend la mise en place de la plateforme customer data platform (CDP), ainsi que le paysage global des solutions IT et marketing liées à l'utilisation des données des consommateurs.
Ce rôle sera central pour stimuler l'engagement des consommateurs et optimiser les stratégies marketing via différents outils et solutions IT. En collaborant étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et les Product Owners (PO) et en appliquant votre expertise, vous améliorerez l'expérience des consommateurs et aiderez le marketing à atteindre ses objectifs dans la région EMEA.
Vous interviendrez sur les sujets suivants :
* Mise en place de la CDP,
* Optimisation des données consommateurs via des solutions et outils IT,
* Pilotage des PO,
* Vision produit,
* Support produit,
* Gestion du changement et création de valeur,
* Gestion des fournisseurs.
Profil : Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais.
Vous êtes diplômé d'un master ou diplôme d'Ingénieur minimum.
Vous avez minimum 8 ans d'expérience, avec une expérience confirmée en tant que IT Product Manager ou dans un rôle similaire, avec un accent sur le CRM et les données des consommateurs.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, permettant une collaboration efficace avec des équipes et des parties prenantes diverses.
Vous avez des connaissances sur les plateformes de données clients (CDP) ou des plateformes de gestion de données similaires.
