    We are currently looking for a Campus Events Coordinator (CEC) to join the Operations Team within the Career Development Centre (CDC) in the Degree Programmes Department. This is a temporary (from around October 2023 to March 2023), full-time position, based on our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau .

    The Career Development Centre (CDC) is a key component of a student/participant's experience as career outcomes are often cited as a reason for pursuing graduate management degree programmes.

    Within the Operations Team, the Campus Events Coordinator (CEC) provides a central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders pertaining to logistical arrangements for recruiting activities. The recruiting activities include coffee chats, interviews, recruiting workshops, presentations and networking events throughout the year with the various student cohorts from all our Degree Programmes, currently our Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master in Management (MIM) students, students on exchange from other partner schools, and our Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) and Executive Master in Finance (EMFin) participants.

    The CEC is responsible for :

  • Being a first point of contact for all stakeholders in answering or fielding questions for the whole CDC via our CDC mailboxes.
  • In-house Event & Job Portal: validating incoming account requests and posting jobs from recruiting companies, ensuring company contact details are up to date, extracting data reports.
  • Coordinating logistics for company engagement activities for MBA and MIM students: setting up platforms and supporting recruiters and students on how to use them; liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of activities (online and in-person).
  • Communicating all company engagement activities out to the students in the weekly Newsletters and on plasma screens around campus.
  • Supporting recruiters and students with on-campus interview activities.
  • Supporting the Student Liaison Officer in delivering Career Education activities.
  • Key skills required :

  • Strong sense of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise.
  • Previous experience in event coordination encouraged.
  • Flexible and Agile.
  • Strong team spirit and team collaboration, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
  • Communication skills background useful.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (with strong EXCEL skills), digitally savvy using online platforms and video conference software like Zoom.

    Nous recherchons actuellement un Campus Events Coordinator/ CEC (F/H) pour rejoindre l'équipe des opérations au sein du Career Development Centre (CDC) dans le département Degree Programmes . Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée déterminée (d'octobre 2023 à mars 2023 environ) à temps plein, basé sur notre campus européen de Fontainebleau .

    Le Centre de développement de carrière (CDC) est un élément clé de l'expérience de l'étudiant/participant car les résultats de carrière sont souvent cités comme une raison de poursuivre des programmes d'études supérieures en gestion.

    Au sein de l'équipe des opérations, le coordinateur des événements sur le campus (CEC) constitue un point de contact central pour toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes en ce qui concerne l'organisation logistique des activités de recrutement. Les activités de recrutement comprennent des discussions autour d'un café, des entretiens, des ateliers de recrutement, des présentations et des événements de mise en réseau tout au long de l'année avec les différentes cohortes d'étudiants de tous nos programmes diplômants, actuellement nos étudiants en Master of Business Administration (MBA) et en Master in Management (MIM), les étudiants en échange d'autres écoles partenaires, et nos participants au Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) et à l'Executive Master in Finance (EMFin).

    Le CEC est chargé de :

  • D'être le premier point de contact pour toutes les parties prenantes en répondant aux questions de l'ensemble du CDC par l'intermédiaire des boîtes aux lettres du CDC.
  • Portail interne d'événements et d'emplois : validation des demandes de comptes entrants et publication des offres d'emploi des entreprises qui recrutent, vérification que les coordonnées des entreprises sont à jour, extraction des rapports de données.
  • Coordination de la logistique des activités d'engagement des entreprises pour les étudiants du MBA et du MIM : mise en place de plateformes et assistance aux recruteurs et aux étudiants sur la manière de les utiliser ; liaison avec les départements internes pour assurer le bon déroulement des activités (en ligne et en personne).
  • Communiquer toutes les activités d'engagement des entreprises aux étudiants dans les bulletins d'information hebdomadaires et sur les écrans plasma du campus.
  • Soutenir les recruteurs et les étudiants lors des entretiens sur le campus.
  • Soutenir l'agent de liaison avec les étudiants dans la mise en œuvre des activités d'éducation à la carrière.

  • Expérience préalable dans la coordination d'événements souhaitée
  • Flexible et agile.
  • Fort esprit d'équipe et de collaboration, ainsi que capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Compétences en communication utiles.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (avec de solides compétences en EXCEL), connaissance des outils numériques tels que les plateformes en ligne et les logiciels de vidéoconférence comme Zoom.
