Job Description
Dans le cadre du support des avions d'armes Rafale au client AAE (France), Safran Aircraft Engines doit soutenir son client sur la Base Opérationnelle d'Orange (BA115) en France, par la mise en place d'un « Field Technical Representative » (FTR) pour le Programme M88. En tant que membre de cette équipe le poste est rattaché à la Direction Supports et Services de la Division des Moteurs Militaires de Safran Aircraft Engines.
Complementary Description
Le / La Field Service Technical (FTR) assure le support opérationnel technique et quotidien sur base client, à ce titre il assure les missions suivantes :
• Etre l'interlocuteur et point focal du client concernant les questions techniques de responsabilité Safran
• Apporter son assistance technique dans les opérations clients pour l'optimisation de l'utilisation et la maintenance des matériels, la navigabilité des équipements selon les critères définis.
• Créer et entretenir une relation client de confiance avec les divers interlocuteurs de l'organisation du client
• Contribuer à la performance opérationnelle de l'atelier et la disponibilité de la flotte moteur.
• Accompagner le client dans l'utilisation et l'application de la documentation technique.
• Participer aux différents rituels Safran Aircraft Engines de suivi d'exécution du contrat
• Participer aux différents rituels sur Base (Réunion Quotidienne Base) à l'initiative du client
• Rester fidèle aux valeurs SAE, les communiquer, les promouvoir.
• Contribuer à l'identification des nouveaux besoins clients et à l'amélioration des produits et équipements Safran et apporter son retour d'expérience
Job Requirements
Sens développé du relationnel et du service au client,
Connaissance du produit M88 et de sa maintenance sur avion ou en Atelier
Compétence en analyse et diagnostique de panne
Sens du Service Client
Sens de l'anticipation et de l'analyse de risque,
Aisance relationnel et attentif à la qualité de la communication (multi relationnel à distance - client & interne société),
Aptitudes pédagogiques : savoir expliquer et partager un savoir faire,
Facultés d'adaptation, Autonome, curieux et réactif,
Rigueur, précision et respect des procédures sont des qualités devant être reconnues.
Connaissance des environnements & opérations militaires est un plus
