Mission
Basée à Bruxelles et à Paris, notre équipe Events fait partie de la business unit Marketing & Communication. Elle organise tous les événements destinés aux clients et au personnel de Candriam en Europe. L'équipe gère également tous les sponsoring sportifs dans le football et le hockey.
Candriam est partenaire de deux institutions sportives :
l'Association Royale Belge de Hockey (ARBH) et plus spécifiquement les Red Panthers, équipe féminine de hockey sur gazon vice-championne d'Europe 2023 et les Red Lions, équipe masculine championne du monde 2018, championne d'Europe 2019 et championne olympique 2020 ;
le Forest Green Rovers FC qui évolue en League Two anglaise et qui porte un projet sociétal particulier, ayant été érigé en modèle de durabilité dans le sport par les Nations Unies et la FIFA.
Responsabilité
En tant qu'Alternant(e) Sport Sponsorship Assistant rattaché(e) au Senior Events & Sponsorship Manager, vous soutenez le déploiement des projets de sponsoring sportif et de l'ensemble des activations menées en Angleterre et en Belgique. Vous apportez également un support ponctuel à l'équipe événementielle locale.
Vos missions sont :
Coordonner le suivi et le déploiement du plan d'activation avec votre responsable hiérarchique.
Coordonner le déploiement opérationnel des activations avec l'agence de marketing sportif et/ou les membres de l'équipe communication (branding, digital, événements).
Être en support sur les évènements.
Assister la création de contenus éditoriaux (publicité en presse spécialisée) et digitaux (réseaux sociaux, site internet) en coordination avec les départements concernés.
Assister aux réunions mensuelles avec l'ARBH et Forest Green Rovers FC.
Faire le lien avec l'ARBH pour la billetterie des compétitions qui se déroulent en Belgique (places sèches et hospitalité) et coordonner l'allocation des billets hospitalité pour les clients VIP en Belgique.
Développer le partenariat avec l'ARBH en interne en organisant avec la communication interne des jeux concours réguliers pour distribuer des places ou faire gagner des lots aux collaborateurs de Bruxelles.
Répondre aux besoins de l'ARBH et de Forest Green Rovers FC sur la mise à jour branding (panneaux LED, vidéos écran géant, site internet, newsletter...).
Assurer une veille concurrentielle et réaliser des benchmarks sur l'activation de partenariats dans l'univers du sport et de l'asset management .
Assurer un suivi avec l'ensemble des équipes communication de Candriam en France et en Belgique.
Réaliser un document de bilan annuel concernant les actions de sponsoring mises en place.
Profil
• Ecole de commerce ou formation spécialisée en communication de niveau bac +5.
• Idéalement, stage préalable dans la gestion de partenariats d'envergure en agence, chez un annonceur ou chez un ayant-droit.
• Connaissance des mécaniques d'activation de partenariat dans le cadre de projets d'envergure européenne.
• Esprit d'équipe, capacité à suivre des projets sur le terrain.
• Maîtrise des techniques de communication sur les réseaux sociaux.
• Intérêt pour l'univers du sport.
• Rigueur, bonnes capacités de communication à l'écrit et à l'oral, en français ET en anglais.
• Proactif/ve, dynamique, soif d'apprendre, attiré/e par les nouveaux challenges.
