    Votre rôle :

    Vous cherchez un nouveau challenge dans le conseil à destination des acteurs de la Banque, de la Finance et de l'Assurance.

    Vous recherchez un cabinet en pleine croissance, alliant qualité des missions, conditions attractives, équilibre vie professionnelle/vie personnelle et investissement dans la formation et le développement de ses équipes ?

    Vous cherchez à prendre plaisir au quotidien dans votre travail ?

    Nous recherchons actuellement des consultant(e)s seniors ayant minimum 4 ans d'expérience pour renforcer notre Team au Luxembourg.

    En accompagnant nos clients à prendre les meilleures orientations et à les implémenter dans les meilleures conditions, rejoindre Ailancy fera de vous un réel acteur du changement dans le secteur financier. Nous intervenons sur des sujets très divers qui vous permettront d'étendre vos connaissances et développer des expertises, mais aussi d'employer votre créativité au service de réflexions complexes.

    Profil recherché

    Votre expertise / Votre profil :

    Diplômé(e) bac +5 d'une École de commerce, d'ingénieur ou d'un IEP, Vous avez à votre actif plus environ 4 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet de conseil, d'audit ou dans les grands acteurs du secteur financier ;
    • Vous avez une réelle expertise du secteur financier.
    • Vous êtes rigoureux et avez un sens aigu de l'organisation.
    • Vous avez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles en Français comme en Anglais ?
    • Vous avez un bon sens relationnel pour vous adapter à toutes les situations ?
    • Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une structure à taille humaine, en forte croissance, offrant des perspectives rapides d'évolution ?

    Déroulement des entretiens

    Notre processus de recrutement

    Chez Ailancy, nous aimons les processus simples et efficaces. Tout commence par un CV envoyé sur LinkedIn. Ensuite, tout va très vite.
    • Un 1er entretien d'une heure pour faire connaissance, comprendre votre parcours et vos motivations.
    • Un 2ème entretien autour d'une étude de cas, adaptée à votre niveau de séniorité.
    • Un dernier entretien avec un associé pour confirmer l'alchimie entre vous et Ailancy
