- Connaître les différents modes de dédouanement et s'adapter aux différentes situations.
- Au quotidien, en amont de la saisie des déclarations, préparer les dossiers de dédouanement.
- Saisir les déclarations douanières et permettre la libération des marchandises.
- Etre formé à l'entièreté des process par la Team Formation.
- Prendre connaissance des anomalies détectées lors des contrôles hebdomadaires et les corriger.
- Réaliser des analyses de risque par l'étude de dossiers archivés.
- Accompagner les entrepôts et l'ensemble des services et répondre à leurs besoins customs.
- Animer les pays importateurs et exportateurs sur leur capacité à fournir les bons documents, dans les bons délais, de manière mensuelle (KPI).

Tu suis ta feuille de match et garantis l'importation ou l'exportation de nos marchandises dans le respect des règles internationales, aux meilleurs coûts et dans les meilleurs délais, en sécurisant le process douane. Au contact des pays de production ainsi que de nos entrepôts continentaux, tu es acteur dans le développement de ces flux ainsi que l'amélioration continue de notre activité.
Tes missions concrètes :
Assurer le dédouanement des marchandises.
Garantir la qualité de nos opérations douanières afin de conserver le statut OEA.
Animer l'écosystème et fluidifier l'activité customs.
