    Description de la mission

    Rattaché.e au Directeur Marketing Europe, vous aurez à manager 3 services:

    1 - Le service Brand & Communication constitué de 3 personnes

  • Accompagnement à la définition et au déploiement de la nouvelle stratégie de communication
  • Accompagnement à la définition du plan média
  • Accompagnement à la gestion du budget global (suivi, rapport, facturation)
  • Participation aux réunions hebdomadaires et mensuelles pour suivre les résultats financiers afin d'ajuster les campagnes si nécessaires
  • Suivi des performances et rapport régulier à la direction

    • 2 - Le service Social Media constitué de 3 personnes

  • Accompagnement à la définition des temps forts de l'année et des grandes lignes du calendrier éditorial
  • Accompagnement à la définition de la stratégie d'influence paid
  • Accompagnement à la gestion du budget
  • Redescente hebdomadaire des informations business et contextuelles clés pour adapter les prises de parole et le calendrier

    • 3 - Le service Content constitué de 3 personnes

  • Accompagnement au déploiement de la stratégie Youtube
  • Accompagnement à la gestion du budget
  • Aide à la priorisation des shootings photos et vidéos et de leur organisation opérationnelle
  • Accompagnement à la définition des content packages nécessaires aux canaux de communication pour activer chaque temps fort

    • En parallèle, vous aurez des missions propres au poste:

  • Management de l'équipe marketing: réunions mensuelles, teambuilding, formations, entretien de développement...
  • Participation à la définition des activations commerciales en lien avec la Directrice commercial et le Directeur du Revenue Management: offres, messages, timings...
  • Création de synergies entre les 3 services marketing pour assurer des campagnes 360°
  • Participation aux projets européens (à définir)
  • Garantie de l'application d'une approche européenne sur les 3 services avec les autres marchés (Allemagne, Belgique, Pays-Bas): déploiement d'une stratégie commune, de projets commun, de production de contenus commune...

    6 à 10 ans

    Compétences

    De formation bac +5, diplôme d'école de commerce ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation marketing ou relative aux missions du poste.
    Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience professionnelle sur des postes à responsabilités en marketing & communication.

    En termes de compétences techniques, vous devrez pouvoir justifier d'une excellente maîtrise de la réalisation de plans marketing stratégique et opérationnel, de la connaissance des outils et dispositifs digitaux et sociaux, ainsi que des différents médias (spécificités et complémentarités) et de la communication hors médias... Ainsi que d'une bonne maîtrise des outils d'animation managériale.

    En termes d'aptitudes, les qualités recherchées:

    Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

    Vision stratégique à moyen/long terme

    Solides compétences en gestion de projet et management d'équipe (fédérer et embarquer)

    Capacité à prioriser et organiser les actions (anticipation et organisation)

    Excellentes facultés à travailler en équipe, à créer des synergies et à mener des projets transversaux avec d'autres services (CRM, WEB, Call Center, RP...)

    Prise de recul et de hauteur

    Créativité, force de proposition, polyvalence et autonomie

    Langues

    Anglais (Bonnes connaissances - Courant)
