- Strategic Planning : Develop targeted marketing strategies aligned with North America business goals and revenue targets, focusing on priority business areas.
- Digital Marketing : Develop, coordinate and monitor a comprehensive Digital strategy enabling our new website, promoting our eCom and improving our social networks awareness.
- Lead Generation : Establish lead targets and demand generation plans for priority business areas.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and lead the Marketing Team, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and establish team KPIs. Ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Project Management : Own project management of team activities and targets, ensuring tasks are completed on time and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Budget Oversight : Develop and manage the marketing budget, providing clear metrics for ROI on all marketing investments. Regularly report semi-annual ROI information to the leadership team.
- Metrics and Reporting : Define key marketing metrics, manage the process of measurements into reports and dashboards to assess overall team and program performance.
- Communication and Collaboration : Maintain active communication with relevant business units, incorporating market requirements, industry insights, and customer feedback into marketing strategy.
- Event Strategies : Develop event strategies tailored to key markets and objectives to drive revenue.
- Collateral Development : Lead the development of sales and marketing collateral to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date on market trends to drive topics for client webinars and whitepapers.
- Competitive Research : Conduct regular competitive market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and best practices.
- 5+ years of directly transferable marketing experience, preferably in the life science industry.
- 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
- Reside within a commutable distance to the Eurofins Calixar office in Lyon FR.
- Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of directly transferable experience in Marketing.
- MSc or PhD degree in Life Sciences (molecular biology, chemical biology or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience in Biotech or Pharma industry.
- Strong organizational and computer skills, with the ability to execute at a high level while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Perfectly Bi-lingual French and English is a must
