    Position : Energy monitoring SME

    Organization

  • Function : Energy Monitoring use case Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Country : France
  • Location : Paris – HQ (or alternate location to define)
  • Reports to: Group Industrial Strategy Director
  • Type of contract: CDI

    • Context

  • To success the industrial 4.0 journey within Nexans, the group has initiated a digital transformation program. The program consist of implementing different use cases with the object to improve the industrial performance and provide more support to our collaborators. One of the essential use case in the scope of the program is to digitalize the Energy monitoring. It is also a key lever to Nexans' contribution to the carbon neutrality in 2030.
  • As for the global digital transformation program, the program is planned to reach almost all the D&U and G&T sites by 2025

    • Purpose

  • Support the Energy Monitoring use case deployment and guarantee a standard deployment methodology.
  • Define & evolve standards usage of the use case. Manage the core model documentation.
  • Train, develop and animate the MES Performance regional referent network.
  • Coordinate with IT Nexans and SE/Aveva team.
  • The standard tool used for Energy Monitoring use case is Resource Advisor

    • Areas of responsibility

  • Standard definition
  • Be responsible to maintain standard documents.
  • Be responsible to animate the local Energy Monitoring use case referents network and be responsible of defining the standards and of managing the standard evolution .
  • Be responsible to verify if the standards are well respected by the sites. If not, work together with the local referent correct the gap.
  • Be responsible to maintain the Dashboard template in Resource Advisor.
  • Be capable to understand the hardware BOM(metering system, GTC, etc), architecture and Data structure linked to the Energy Monitoring use case and contribute to their evolution
  • Participate the Interface definition between Energy Monitoring tool and other IT system.
  • Energy Monitoring use case deployment
  • Monitor the site deployment of Energy Monitoring use case with the Schneider team and local team.
  • After each deployment, be responsible of organizing project deployment lesson & learn section and of continuously improving the use case deployment methodology.
  • Participate the RUN phase of Energy Monitoring use case
  • Be able to delivery train the trainer training according to the site needs.
  • Contribute to the training material validation
  • Participate the licences activation & licences management.
  • Contribute the global program deployment as Regional Project manager for SAM or Europe.

    • Expected results

  • Guarantee the Energy Monitoring standard definition & evolution. Animate the regional referent network and ensure the activity of this network.
  • Be responsible of the Energy monitoring use case deployment roadmap
  • Contribute the program deployment roadmap in SAM or Europe region as regional project manager.

    • Required skills and qualifications

  • Have a deep understanding about the operational needs concerning the Energy management in the factory
  • Master the Resource Advisor application
  • Have a good understanding and good learning compacity.
  • Be fluent, speaking and writing, in English and in French
  • Be able to deliver training both in French and in English. Be able to animating meetings both in French and in English
  • Teamworking mindset. Be able to listen, understand and answer to needs expressed by the sites. Good capacity of synthesis.
